Common questions

Multiplayer won't connect. Check your internet connection and try again in a moment — a fresh match server is started for every game, which can take a few seconds. If a lobby looks stuck, leave it and host or join a new one.
Someone has an inappropriate name. Names are filtered automatically, but if something slips through, email a screenshot and it will be dealt with.
How do I delete my data? See the privacy policy — one email is all it takes.
Purchases & refunds. The game is distributed through the App Store; refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

When reporting a bug, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
